Is it possible to have a pizza that has health benefits? Yes! The healthy version of pizza I recommend is keto pizza—which means it’s low-carb. There are a lot of health benefits of going low-carb.

Benefits of a low-carb diet:
• Lowered insulin levels
• Weight loss
• Reduced fat on the liver
• Cognitive support
• Mood support
• Healthy blood sugar levels
• Fewer cravings

The most unhealthy part of a pizza is the crust. So, we’re going to make our healthy pizza with a cauliflower crust.

Cauliflower is a neutral-tasting food that can mimic starch. It’s a part of the cruciferous family, and it has a lot of healthy nutrients. It’s also low in carbs and sugar and high in fiber—making it the perfect ingredient for our healthy pizza crust.

One of the biggest things to remember when making this keto pizza is to bake the cauliflower crust before putting any toppings on it. After the crust is cooked, you can take it out, put the toppings on, and bake it again.

Here’s how to make healthy pizza at home (for more instruction, watch the video and check out the link above).

Ingredients:
• 2 cups organic shredded cauliflower
• 2 organic pasture-raised eggs
• 2 cups grated organic mozzarella cheese
• Your choice of toppings
Optional:
• 1/2 tsp garlic
• 1/2 tsp oregano
• 1/2 tsp basil

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit / 218 degrees Celsius. In a large bowl, mix the cauliflower, eggs, mozzarella, and spices of your choice. Form the crust on parchment paper and transfer it to the oven.

After 10 to 15 minutes, or when the crust is light brown, remove it from the oven and let it cool. Add your toppings and bake the keto pizza again for 10 to 12 minutes. Enjoy!

Natural Remedies for Chest Infections
Chest infections are a common ailment, but natural remedies can help. Watch to learn how to fight off a chest infection without antibiotics! This video explores some of the best ways to treat chest infections using natural ingredients like garlic, ginger, and honey.
1. Ginger
Ginger is a great herb to help with any respiratory problem. It has been shown to boost the immune system and is also known for its anti-inflammatory properties. This spice is also known to soothe the respiratory system and ease tension. Mix ginger powder with water to make a paste, stick it in your throat when you have a sore throat or chest infection, or take it as a tincture. It will help soothe your sore throat and reduce the pain.
2. Garlic
Garlic is a great herb to add to your diet because it has been shown to have many benefits for the respiratory system. This herb helps fight infection, soothe and ease tension, boost the immune system and enhance the metabolism. You can take raw garlic as a tincture or add it to your food. To use garlic in a mixture, you can add it to honey or make a garlic tea. Mix three tablespoons of minced garlic with a cup of hot water to make a garlic tea. Let the mixture steep for 10 minutes, then drink as much as desired. You can add garlic to your food by grating it on steamed vegetables, mixing it with tomato sauce, or adding it to salads.
3. Turmeric
For centuries, turmeric has been used to curb infections and treat diseases. It is a powerful antimicrobial agent that can help eliminate the bacteria that cause it. This herb is a great anti-inflammatory that helps support the respiratory system and boost immunity. It has also been shown to reduce swelling, which reduces pain and can even help with depression. You can take turmeric in a tincture or a capsule or eat it raw. You can also add turmeric to your food by cooking with it in sauces or soups and even adding it to your tea.
4. Cayenne Pepper
Cayenne pepper is another great spice that helps the body deal with inflammation and infection in the chest. This pepper has many health benefits, including regulating blood pressure, reducing inflammation, and supporting the digestive system. It works with the body's natural defense system, making it a great addition to your diet. The pepper can be taken as a capsule or added to your food. If you dislike the heat, add it to drinks such as tea or make a tincture.
5. Cinnamon
Cinnamon is a great spice that has been used for centuries as an antiseptic and pain reliever. When it comes to chest infections, it can reduce swelling and inflammation and help to soothe your body. It is also an antioxidant that contributes to your immune system's healthy functioning. Cinnamon is an excellent addition to your diet because it can be taken as a supplement or added to your foods. Some people like to use it in their coffee and tea, while others prefer to eat it.
6. Oregano
Oregano is another herb that has been used for centuries as an antiseptic and fever reducer. It is also a great anti-inflammatory and helps to support the immune system. In addition, it is a natural antibiotic that can help you fight off infection. You can eat it in its raw form or make tea.
7. Lemon juice
Lemon juice is an excellent source of vitamin C, which helps boost your immune system. Research has found that people who consume lemon juice regularly have lower infection rates and other types of cancer. Studies show that the acid in lemons also seems to help to improve your digestive system. You can also consume lemon juice by drinking it raw or creating lemonade.
8. Olive oil
Olive oil is a perfect food for cold and flu season. It contains vitamin E, which can help protect your cells from damage during the winter months. When it comes to chest infections, olive oil is also an excellent choice because it contains high amounts of phenols, which decrease the speed at which bacteria grow. Additionally, olive oil can also help enhance your body's immune system. This oil is also a great source of protein, which is essential for your body. In addition, it contains natural fat-burning substances that can help to improve your circulation and heart health. To use olive oil, mix it into your favorite salad dressing, use it to saute foods, or add some to your morning smoothie.
9. Warmth
Keeping your home warm can improve your health and overall well-being when you suffer from chest infections. People with chest infections and colds are commonly subject to high mucus levels and phlegm. Hence, providing as much warmth to your rooms as possible is best. Staying at a temperature between 70 and 120 degrees Fahrenheit is ideal for getting rid of chest infections. In addition, providing warm food and soup can help improve your condition because bacteria cannot survive under 80˚F and may decrease if you're at the temperature where food cooks in.

7 Reasons Why You NEED TO SWEAT More Often

0:38 Sweat explained
3:45 Benefits of sweating
6:52 Check out my video on the benefits of exercise!

Let’s talk about why you should sweat more often.

The purpose of sweat is to control your body’s temperature. It’s a survival strategy that helps prevent things like heat stroke.

The average person consumes 3300 mg of sodium a day and 2600 mg of potassium every day. However, the average person actually needs 2300 mg of sodium and 4700 mg of potassium. Only 5% of the population actually gets 4700 mg of potassium a day.

However, the ratios are more important than the individual numbers. For example, if you’re not getting enough potassium, you need to make sure you don’t consume a lot of sodium. If you consume more sodium, you need to consume more potassium.

These ratios are especially important for the cardiovascular system. This is why I created my Electrolyte Powder product. It’s high in potassium and low in sodium to help correct this imbalance.

Sweating can help you:
1. Balance your potassium and sodium ratio and support a healthy cardiovascular system
2. Release certain toxins
3. Sleep better
4. Have more energy
5. Increase circulation and prevent overheating
6. Support your neurons by creating a hormetic effect
7. Support your adrenal glands

How to Dissolve Gallstones Naturally | How To Pass Dissolve Gallstones Fast Naturally
00:07:21

How to Dissolve Gallstones Naturally?
Gallstones can be very painful and sometimes require surgery to remove them.
This video will teach you how to dissolve gallstones naturally using simple ingredients that you may already have in your kitchen.
Watch the video now to learn more!
So What are Gallstones?
Gallstones are the solid material that accumulates in the gallbladder.
The gallbladder is a small organ located on the right side of the abdomen and acts as a reservoir for bile produced by the liver.
It emulsifies fats and breaks them down into smaller particles so the body can absorb them.
Gallstones form when there is too much bile in the gallbladder, causing it to become full.
This disorder can occur when the gallbladder is damaged from infection.
A malfunctioning gallbladder usually causes gallstones.
Gallstones can cause severe pain mistaken for stomach pain or heartburn.
So What are the best ways to Dissolve Gallstones Naturally?
1. Incorporate a diet high in fiber-rich foods such as green leafy vegetables, avocados, and berries
Foods rich in dietary fiber will help move cholesterol through the digestive tract and may help to dissolve gallstones.
Fiber-rich foods are bulky and, therefore, slow down the rate at which the food is digested.
They can take a longer time to get through your digestive system, and this can be beneficial in dissolving gallstones.
2. Drink a lot of water
Drinking water can help flush bile out of the gallbladder, making it easier to pass through and dissolve stones.
When you drink a lot of water, it will help to dilute bile in your body, facilitating the liver's ability to pass bile through the gallbladder.
Consequently, it dissolves gallstones in the gallbladder.
3. Avoid fatty foods that contain high amounts of saturated fat
Avoid consuming excess fatty foods from animal sources such as red meat, dairy products, fried foods, and processed meats.
Fatty foods that contain high amounts of saturated fat may make gallstones larger and more likely to become impacted.
These fats increase cholesterol in the body and can trigger stone formation.
When you eat a lot of fat, your body produces more cholesterol than usual, and this causes an increased concentration in the gallbladder, which can increase bile flow through the gallbladder into the intestine.
The increase in bile flow causes cholesterol to be deposited along the surface of the gallbladder, which can form stones within days.
4. Avoid overeating
If you overeat, your body may not be able to digest the food well, and this can cause indigestion, heartburn, and possibly even gallstones.
The more you eat, the more your body produces enzymes that can break down the food.
It leads to a greater production of cholesterol and bile, which can cause gallstones.
5. Consume foods rich in vitamin K
Vitamin K helps your body absorb phytic acid, a substance found in many grains, seeds, and nuts.
This compound may help prevent gallstones from forming, dissolve them, and help form bile, a substance that helps your body digest foods.
If you consume phytic acid food, it will bind with the bile and prevent it from turning into cholesterol and being converted into stones.
6. Eat foods high in vitamin C
Vitamin C helps you digest and utilizes cholesterol, which reduces the risk of gallstones.
Foods such as citrus fruits, strawberries, kiwi fruit, and peppers are rich in vitamin C. This vitamin helps your body absorb calcium and bile acids, reducing the risk of gallstones.
7. Consume foods containing vitamin E
Vitamin E is a fat-soluble antioxidant that helps to reduce the formation of cholesterol and fatty substances in the gallbladder.
Vitamin E prevents the oxidation of cholesterol that leads to its accumulation in the gallbladder.
In addition, it acts as an anti-inflammatory agent and has a positive influence on the metabolism of cholesterol.
It promotes the synthesis of bile acids and facilitates their excretion.
The presence of vitamin E in foods reduces the risk of gallstones.
8. Eat foods rich in magnesium
Magnesium is an essential component of a variety of enzymes and neurotransmitters which play a significant role in the activity of the liver.
It facilitates the formation of bile, which ensures its normal flow through the intestine.
The presence of magnesium in a person's diet is crucial because it is also responsible for the proper functioning of nerves and muscles.

0:00 Introduction: The best food for infants
0:50 Raw milk vs. pasteurized milk
4:12 Potential raw milk benefits
4:30 Where to find raw milk
5:33 Check out my video on kefir!

Breast milk is one of the best things for an infant's health. So, why is animal milk so unhealthy?

Pasteurized milk has been heated to kill beneficial enzymes and microbes. However, raw milk contains unique proteins, friendly microbes, fatty acids, and lactase-producing bacteria.

Lactase is an enzyme that helps break down lactose. People who have difficulties digesting milk can typically drink raw milk without any problems. Personally, I don't consume raw milk—I consume fermented raw milk products, like cheese and kefir.

Raw milk gives you a better absorption of calcium and fat-soluble vitamins. It also has proteins that can help support your immune system. Raw milk even has an anti-stiffness factor that may benefit people with arthritis and inflammation.

It's also important to get your milk from A2 cows. There are a lot of problems associated with A1 milk, so it’s best to buy dairy products that contain A2 milk.

Other benefits of raw milk include potentially helping with conditions such as:
• Ulcers
• GI problems
• Gout
• Gum disease
• Allergies
• Asthma

If given the choice between pasteurized milk and raw milk, you may want to check out raw milk.

The Benefits of Diatomaceous Earth for Humans

Check out the amazing benefits of diatomaceous earth for humans.

0:00 Introduction: Diatomaceous earth explained
0:25 Benefits of silica
1:33 Diatomaceous earth benefits
2:20 How to use diatomaceous earth
3:30 Thanks for watching!

Diatomaceous earth has been around for millions of years. It’s a powder made up of fossilized diatoms. Diatoms are basically algae or phytoplankton.

The unique thing about diatomaceous earth is that it’s loaded with silicon. When silicon is exposed to oxygen, it becomes silica.

Silica is really good for a person’s connective tissues, joints, and bones. Calcium can’t even help you form bone without silica.

You need enough silica to help support bone mineralization and prevent conditions like osteoporosis and osteopenia.

Silica is also essential for your:
• Ligaments
• Tendons
• Cartilage
• Nails
• Hair
• Skin
• Aorta
• Trachea

There are different types of collagen. Silica also stimulates type 1 collagen.

Other potential health benefits of diatomaceous earth:
• It may help get rid of parasites, worms, pathogens, and even E. coli
• It can bind with aluminum and help remove it from the body

How to use diatomaceous earth:
Drink one teaspoon of diatomaceous earth mixed in a glass of water once per day. Over the next three days, you might want to increase it to two teaspoons per day.

Be sure to take it on an empty stomach. To help improve absorption, you can also add apple cider vinegar to the water and diatomaceous earth mixture—or take a few betaine hydrochloride tablets when you take the mixture.

If you’re only trying to build up your connective tissue, you may want to take an orthosilicic acid supplement instead. But, if you want all of the above benefits, give diatomaceous earth a try.

Summary:
What Exactly Is Chronic Inflammation?
Inflammation is your body's natural response to an irritant. It could be germs, viruses, foreign objects, pollutants, toxins, or an injury.

Anti-Inflammatory Foods
Nutrition holds the key to managing inflammation. Eating fresh fruits and vegetables can help to lower inflammatory compounds in your body.

Avoid Sugar
Do you fill your shopping cart with soda, cookies, ice cream, cakes, and candies? If yes you need to stop doing that right away.

Spices
If you are focused on modifying your diet to get the maximum anti-inflammatory benefits, start adding turmeric, garlic, cumin, cloves, rosemary, pepper, cinnamon, ginger, fenugreek, and coriander seeds to your cooking.

Prioritize Quality Sleep
Are you guilty of indulging a little too much in social media or watching reruns of your favorite shows late at night? Then stop doing it asap. You will not be living to your full potential unless you are well rested for 7 to 9 hours at night.

Physical Activity
Everyone will have different fitness goals. You can hit the weights in your gym if you're looking for a toned body or a better posture.

Alcohol
Are you attending parties and having too much to drink? Then you need to cut back a little. Having alcohol with existing inflammation can worsen the situation.

Green Tea
Ditch your regular cup of espresso and go for this ancient wellness drink. Green tea is a fusion of polyphenols that help to reduce free radicals.

Intermittent Fasting
Have you ever tried it? It might not be easy initially but once you know the benefits you will feel encouraged to extend the fasting hours.

Probiotics
Your gut has a hard time processing all the junk food and sugar-laden beverages. Probiotics can support your gut health and can give your gut a much-needed break.

Dairy And Gluten-Free
Milk and milk products do not cause inflammation on their own. They are nourishing and are a great source of calcium, proteins, and vitamins.

Artificial Foods
Don’t these cupcakes look appetizing? Did you know all those different colors can overload you with toxins? Artificial coloring and flavoring are usually added to make food more appealing.

De-stress
Is there too much stress hanging over your head? Then try getting rid of the stressors one by one. Try paying your bills early. Plan your day meticulously and get your chores done on time.

0:00 Introduction: Allergies explained
0:45 The connection between allergies and cortisol
1:11 The best antihistamine remedy
2:02 Foods high in quercetin
3:05 Other allergy remedies
3:48 Thanks for watching!

Let's talk about one of the best natural antihistamine remedies.

Histamine is involved in the immune reaction, and it produces a lot of symptoms related to allergies. Sometimes the body inappropriately responds to an allergen, and you get a series of symptoms.

These allergy symptoms can include:
• Hay fever
• Sinus problems
• Hives
• Itching
• Flushing
• Dermatitis
• Photosensitivity
• Sneezing
• Fatigue
• Wheezing

The more of a histamine response you have, the more cortisol response you'll have. Cortisol is the natural body chemical that helps neutralize histamines.

If someone has adrenal fatigue or low cortisol, they won't have the buffering effect from cortisol, and histamines will rise too high.

The #1 best antihistamine remedy is quercetin. You can use this natural antihistamine remedy as needed to help minimize histamine symptoms.

Quercetin has been thoroughly studied. It inhibits the cells that make histamines and directly inhibits the histamine response.

It also helps stabilize the mast cell membranes, which is how many antihistamines work. Quercetin can help reduce mucus and inflammation, similar to a natural Zyrtec.

You can get quercetin by consuming foods high in quercetin or by taking a quercetin supplement. If you take a quercetin supplement, you may want to take 400 to 600 mg, depending on your size, every two hours until you feel relief.

Taking it with a small amount of fat can help increase absorption. To increase the absorption even more, you can get quercetin with bromelain.

Foods high in quercetin:
• Red onions
• Capers
• Kale
• Radishes
• Dill

I have found this is an effective remedy, but it may not work 100% of the time. To enhance this effect, you can try other natural allergy remedies.

Natural remedies for allergies:
1. Vitamin D (at least 20,000 IU per day)
2. Zinc (50 mg)
3. Nettle root

Benefits of Honey on the Face
Honey has been in use for centuries as a natural remedy for various skin conditions.
It is a natural humectant, which means it attracts and retains moisture.
Honey also contains antioxidants and enzymes that promote healing.
In this video, you will learn the facial benefits of honey.
1. Honey has an antibacterial and antifungal effect on the face
Honey is a natural moisturizer that can cleanse and treat skin that bacteria and fungi have infected.
This syrup removes the dead cells on the skin surface and prevents the growth of bacteria, which causes pimples and blackheads on the face.
The skin becomes soft and smooth after using honey.
You can easily remove the syrup with water.
2. Honey is a powerful antioxidant
This syrup contains antioxidants that help fight the free radicals and prevent skin damage.
Antioxidants also protect the skin from sun exposure by preventing the formation of wrinkles, dark spots, and dryness.
It is also used for treating acne and other skin disorders.
Free radicals result from various chemical reactions in the body and are responsible for aging.
Honey helps to neutralize free radicals and protects the skin from damage.
3. Honey helps to reduce the appearance of scars and stretch marks
Honey has anti-inflammatory properties that help to reduce scarring and stretch marks on the skin.
It also helps restore elasticity in the skin and make it more youthful-looking.
This property is because it contains essential vitamins and nutrients that help to keep the skin healthy and plump.
It also has anti-cancer properties that help to prevent the formation of new scars.
Apply a few drops directly onto the skin or mix honey with your favorite moisturizer or lotion and apply it over the scars and stretch marks.
You can also mix honey with fresh rosewater to soothe the skin and make it more youthful-looking.
4. Honey can help the skin maintain its natural pH level, which means it helps keep the skin's acid mantle
The skin's PH level is vital because it affects how well it can retain moisture.
Also, it helps to prevent the skin from over-reacting to certain external factors such as weather, pollution, and even specific products.
Honey has a pH level of 7.35, which is slightly alkaline.
Therefore, it helps to maintain the skin's natural pH level.
Skin with an acidic pH is more prone to damage and aging, whereas skin with an alkaline or neutral pH level can better resist environmental aggressors.
5. Honey is a natural moisturizer
The absorbent qualities of honey help keep the skin moist and hydrated and help repair damaged skin cells by nourishing them with essential nutrients necessary for cell regeneration.
The hygroscopic properties of honey help it draw moisture from the air and into the skin.
It can also lock in moisture by attracting water molecules bound to other surface molecules like collagen and elastin.
Although this process is not as efficient as artificial moisturizers, it can provide a large amount of lasting hydration.
6. Honey can help reduce itching and irritation of the skin caused by eczema or dermatitis
The skin of people with eczema or dermatitis is very susceptible to infection, and honey can help protect it from bacterial infection.
Honey has antimicrobial properties that fight the growth of microorganisms and viruses on the skin.
The antimicrobial properties of honey are due to its high concentrations of hydrogen peroxide, which is a powerful antibacterial compound.

11 EFFECTIVE HOME REMEDIES FOR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE | NATURALLY LOWER BLOOD PRESSURE

Home Remedies for High Blood Pressure
The heart works hard all the time, and your heart must have healthy blood pressure. If your blood pressure is high, it can strain your heart and cause stroke or heart attack problems. Low blood pressure can also cause your heart to work harder, sending pressure to your brain. It causes headaches and dizziness, so you must get your blood pressure checked yearly. However, there are home remedies that can help to regulate it. This video will show you how to make these remedies and how they can help to improve your blood pressure. Watch the video now to learn more!
So What are the Benefits of a Healthy Blood Pressure?
Healthy blood pressure is crucial to your overall health. It prevents physical problems like stroke and heart attack. Here are the top benefits of healthy blood pressure:
1. Healthy blood pressure is linked to a long life.
2. It reduces the risk of kidney stones.
3. It helps reduce your risk of dementia.
4. Healthy blood pressure can reduce your risk of developing heart disease.
5. Getting it checked regularly can help you avoid many health problems over the years.
So What are the best Home Remedies for High Blood Pressure?
1. Reduce stress
Stress is a significant contributor to high blood pressure. Learn to deal with stress in a healthy way, and you can help prevent high blood pressure from becoming a chronic condition. It may sound a bit silly, but it is true. If you think you might be stressed out, talk with your doctor about dealing with it. So try to keep stress levels low and learn how to deal with everyday problems calmly and relax.
2. Lose weight or Exercise
If you are overweight, losing weight can help lower your blood pressure. You may need to lose a little weight, or you could try a special diet to get your blood pressure down. Obesity can raise blood pressure and make it more difficult for your body to regulate the amount of blood flowing through your arteries. Exercise can help lower your blood pressure. Even walking around the block for a few minutes can help you lose weight and lower your blood pressure. So try to get some exercise. It does help!
3. Stop smoking
Smoking is terrible for your health, but it also raises blood pressure. Nicotine is a stimulant. It makes your heart beat faster, and it can cause the blood vessels in your body to narrow and raise your blood pressure. So if you're trying to lower your blood pressure, it would be a good idea to avoid smoking. If you smoke, ask your doctor or pharmacist about using a nicotine patch or gum that helps you quit smoking. If you have already stopped and it hasn't helped your blood pressure, talk with your doctor about other ways to help control your blood pressure.
4. Drink lots of water
Drinking plenty of water has many benefits. It keeps your skin and eyes healthy, helps keep you from getting sick, and may help lower your blood pressure. If you drink a lot of water, you'll have less salt in your system, which can help lower your blood pressure. Regular water intake keeps you from eating too many salty foods, regulating your blood pressure. It makes you feel full and less hungry, so you eat less salty foods that increase your blood pressure. Also, water flushes out excess sodium, which can cause high blood pressure.
5. Avoid caffeinated beverages, like coffee, tea, and soda
Avoiding these drinks is an excellent way to fight high blood pressure because caffeine can increase your blood pressure. Caffeine causes your blood vessels to narrow, which increases your blood pressure. It will also make you feel jittery, which can cause health problems. Also, certain drugs contain caffeine, so you should be careful about your medications.
6. Eat a balanced diet, with plenty of fruits and veggies and whole grains
High sodium and low potassium diets can raise blood pressure. The food you eat needs to be high in potassium, which helps your body control your blood pressure. Vegetables such as lettuce, spinach, and cucumbers are rich in potassium. You should eat 1 to 3 servings of fruits and vegetables every day. Fruits such as cantaloupe and watermelon are also high in potassium. High-fiber foods like beans, nuts, and barley are an excellent source of magnesium, which helps control blood pressure. Avoid meats, dairy products, processed foods, and refined carbohydrates. These foods can increase your blood pressure because they contain too much sodium.
7. Take a daily multivitamin and vitamin C supplement
Multivitamins provide you with a broad range of nutrients. They help to avoid vitamin deficiencies. Vitamin C is an essential nutrient that helps regulate your blood pressure. Vitamin C helps your body make nitric oxide, a powerful blood pressure-lowering agent. This condition is because nitric oxide helps relax the blood vessels.
8. Reduce your alcohol intake

1:40 Causes of chest pain that are not the heart
7:02 Check out my video on abdominal pain!

If you experience chest pain, your first thought might be your heart. But, only 31% of chest pain cases have a connection to the heart. Even if it is related to the heart, it doesn’t mean it’s a heart attack.

There are a lot of different organs right under the chest cavity. A problem with one of these organs can often lead to chest pain. 42% of people with chest pain have a symptom related to their digestion—not the heart.

It’s good to ask yourself what happened just before you started experiencing chest pain. Maybe you ate something you shouldn’t have, or you’ve been under a lot of stress. This could help you narrow down the cause.

Chest pain causes that aren’t the heart:
1. GERD
2. The gallbladder/bile sludge
3. Costochondritis
4. Stress/panic attacks/broken heart syndrome
5. Pulmonary embolism
6. Pneumothorax
7. Aortic dissection
8. Pneumonia
9. Asthma
10. Shingles
11. Pericarditis
