Here's how to make the best natural antibiotic drink!

Ingredients:
• 15 garlic cloves
• 1 whole lemon
• 1 Tbsp turmeric powder

• 1/4 cup manuka honey
• 1 oz olive oil (or 1 tsp coconut oil)
• 3 oz apple cider vinegar
• 1 cup water

Directions:

In this video, I’m going to share some of my best tips and tricks for Healthy Keto and intermittent fasting.

Tip #1 - Have MCT oil in your coffee every morning to reduce hunger and cravings. Start with one tablespoon.

Tip #2 - Blend one whole lemon in water. This provides a boost of vitamin C and phytonutrients. Add stevia or electrolyte powder to enhance the flavor and nutrients.

Tip #3 - Have one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water in the afternoon. This helps improve insulin sensitivity and energy.

Tip #4 - Have a large salad before each meal to help you achieve 7 to 10 cups of vegetables a day.

Tip #5 - Add non-fortified nutritional yeast flakes to your salad and other foods to replenish your B vitamins, reduce stress, and enhance flavor.

Tip #6 - Replenish electrolytes and B vitamins to prevent keto flu symptoms.

Tip #7 - Have 3 to 6 oz of protein per meal. You can have up to 8 oz if you exercise and have a great metabolism.

Tip #8 - Add additional fat to the end of your meal to increase your fasting window and reduce cravings.

Tip #9 - Increase the quality of your foods. Always choose organic, grass-fed, pasture-raised, and wild-caught products—they contain more nutrients. Avoid processed foods.

Tip #10 - Use herbal tea to help you fast longer.

Tip #11 - Don’t snack—especially after dinner and during your fasting window. Never keep snack foods in your home.

Tip #12 - Get quality sleep. Poor sleep increases cortisol, hunger, and cravings. Exercise and sun exposure during the day will increase melatonin at night. Vitamin B1 and 10,000 IU of vitamin D will also help improve your sleep.

Tip #13 - Replenish your electrolytes after exercise with sea salt, vegetables, and electrolyte powder.

Tip #14 - Check all products for hidden ingredients, like unhealthy artificial sweeteners, sugar, maltodextrin, and carbs.

Tip #15 - If your appetite is gone, you know it’s working.

Today we're going to talk about how to get rid of food allergies and food sensitivities.

A food allergy will typically cause an instant reaction, whereas a person with a food sensitivity will likely experience a delayed reaction. It can be difficult to realize that your symptoms are due to a food sensitivity because of the delay.

A food sensitivity can cause general discomfort that's typically not severe. But, a food allergy can cause a severe inflammatory situation or even a life-threatening situation called anaphylaxis.

I believe the very best thing you can do for a food allergy or food sensitivity is to increase autophagy. Autophagy is a condition where your body eliminates damaged proteins. It's a survival mechanism that your body uses to protect you from various things.

There is great data on increasing the expression of autophagy to help decrease allergies. Research shows that you can decrease food allergies, food sensitivities, histamine levels, and IgG levels with autophagy. Autophagy can also help repair, rebuild, and enhance your immune system—it can even help reduce pulmonary inflammation.

How to increase autophagy in the body:
1. Do intermittent fasting and periodic prolonged fasting
2. Exercise regularly
3. Drink green tea
4. Consume turmeric

Acid reflux is a condition that occurs when stomach acid flows back up into the esophagus. This phenomenon occurs after eating a large meal or drinking coffee or alcohol. Acid reflux can cause heartburn, chest pain, and regurgitation. If you experience these symptoms frequently, you may have acid reflux disease.
So What are the Symptoms of Acid Reflux?
The most common symptom of acid reflux is heartburn. You may experience chest pain, difficulty swallowing, and regurgitation. You may also have a hiatal hernia if you have acid reflux disease. This implies that part of your stomach protrudes through your diaphragm's chest cavity.

Many different factors can contribute to acid reflux. Some of the most common causes include:
• Eating large meals or lying down right after eating
• Eating certain foods (such as fried or fatty foods, spicy foods, citrus fruits, chocolate, coffee, tea, onions and garlic)

When you mix baking soda with water, it forms a solution that can help to neutralize stomach acid and provide relief from heartburn and indigestion. Baking soda also helps break down food, making it easier to digest.
So How to Treat Acid Reflux with Baking Soda?
There are many ways you can use baking soda to treat acid reflux. You can mix it with water and drink it or take it in capsule form. You can also add baking soda to your bath water and soak for 20 minutes. If you decide to drink baking soda mixed with water, drink slowly and avoid drinking too much at once. It is also vital to monitor how you feel after drinking baking soda mixed with water. Stop taking it and speak to your doctor if you experience any side effects, such as diarrhea or vomiting.

If you suffer from frequent or severe episodes of acid reflux, you may want to consider taking baking soda daily. To use this remedy, mix one teaspoon of baking soda in eight ounces of water and drink the mixture slowly. You should start to feel relief within a few minutes. Today I want to cover some information about pancreatic cancer and how to avoid pancreatic cancer. 

Keep in mind while these are signs of pancreatic cancer, they could also be signs of another problem with the pancreas that’s not cancer. 

Early warning signs of pancreatic cancer:
1. Weight loss, loss of appetite, and fatigue (with no changes to the diet) 
2. Upper abdominal pain that radiates to the back and increased pain when eating
3. Digestion issues
4. Bloating 
5. Nausea 
6. Loose stool 

Two big causes of pancreatic cancer are alcohol consumption and diabetes. 

Eating frequently and consuming carbs can cause insulin resistance which can lead to diabetes. People with diabetes have a lot of dysfunction in the pancreas that can ultimately lead to pancreatic cancer. 

People with diabetes actually have a higher risk of getting pancreatic cancer than other types of conditions. The great majority of the population has insulin resistance, which means they are headed in this direction.

High cholesterol is a common health condition in the US and across the globe. Often referred to as a silent condition, most people suffering from high cholesterol don't present symptoms and may not even be aware of their condition until they get tested by their doctor.
This VIDEO will explore the ins and outs of cholesterol and how you can reduce your cholesterol naturally by making some lifestyle changes.
There are several factors that can increase the risk of developing high cholesterol. Here are the most common:
• Eating a lot of foods that are high in cholesterol, saturated fats, and trans fats, such as processed meats, fried foods, and baked goods.
• Being overweight or obese.
• Smoking.
• Inactivity/Not exercising regularly.
• Genetics - A family history of high cholesterol can increase your risk of developing it.
• Other health conditions like diabetes, kidney disease, or hypothyroidism.
You may have heard people refer to "good" and "bad" cholesterol. In this VIDEO, we'll take a closer look at what these mean.
LDL Cholesterol - "Bad Cholesterol”
We already know that the body contains low-density lipoprotein - LDL cholesterol, which transports cholesterol to the arteries. LDL cholesterol is often referred to as “bad cholesterol” because if you have too much LDL cholesterol in your body, it can build up on the artery walls, narrowing your arteries and limiting blood flow. This is known as cholesterol plaque. A build-up of cholesterol plaque can lead to serious complications. The limited blood flow increases the risk of blood clots, which can cause heart attacks and strokes.
HDL Cholesterol - “Good Cholesterol”
Your body also contains high-density lipoproteins (HDL cholesterol). HDL cholesterol is often referred to as “good cholesterol” because healthy levels of HDL cholesterol can reduce the risk of blood clots, stroke, and heart conditions. How does it do this? HDL cholesterol helps prevent the build-up of cholesterol plaque by aiding in returning LDL cholesterol to your liver so it can be eliminated from your body.
Triglycerides -
While Triglycerides aren't the same as cholesterol, they are another important type of lipid. Triglycerides are an energy source for the body. When you consume more calories than you can use immediately, the excess calories are converted into triglycerides by your body and stored in your fat cells. If you consistently take in more calories than your body uses, your triglyceride levels may become elevated. This increases the risk of health issues such as stroke and heart conditions.
Triglycerides levels, just like cholesterol, should be routinely checked by your doctor.
To test your cholesterol level, your doctor will perform a simple blood test. This test will show your total cholesterol level and the level of HDL cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, and triglyceride levels in your blood. If those tests show high levels of LDL, this indicates that you have high cholesterol.
Left untreated, high cholesterol can lead to a build-up of plaque on your arteries. This CAUSES A thickening or hardening of the arteries. This limits the blood flow through your arteries, increasing the risk of developing dangerous blood clots.
This can lead to a number of serious complications, including:
• Angina, or chest pain
• Chronic kidney disease
• Gallstone issues as a result of bile imbalance
• Heart attack
• High blood pressure
• Peripheral vascular disease
• Stroke
So How can you prevent high cholesterol
While you may not be able to control a genetic disposition to high cholesterol, that doesn't mean you can't manage other environmental factors. Lifestyle plays a large role in developing high cholesterol, so making some changes to your diet and exercise plan can greatly reduce your chances of developing high cholesterol.
Here are some ways you can lower your risk of high cholesterol:
• Maintain a healthy weight
• Exercise regularly
• Quit smoking tobacco products
• Reduce alcohol consumption
• Eat a high-fiber diet that's low in cholesterol and animal fats
• Get your cholesterol levels tested on a regular basis
