For the cornbread muffins, if you don’t want to use condensed milk replace it using sugar 1:1 ratio if you don’t like your muffins to be sweet add 1/4 - 1/2 TASTE THE MIXTURE BEFORE ADDING THE EGGS TO ADJUST THE SWEETNESS TO YOUR LIKING 😊

Bake 375f for 18-20 minutes

ingredients: 10 servings
For the chili-
1 lb ground beef
2 cups beans
1/2 white onion; chopped
1 jalapeño; chopped
3 chile guajillos
1 chile anocho
3 chile chipotles in adobo sauce (optional)
3 garlic cloves
8 oz tomato sauce
10 oz crushed tomatoes
1 1/3 cup beef broth or water; add more if needed
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 Lawreys chili seasoning OR 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tbsp paprika 1 tsp ground cumin,oregano,onion powder,garlic powder and salt
For the Corn bread Muffins-
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup yellow corn meal
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter
1/4 vegetable oil
1/3 cup honey
2 eggs at room temperature
1 cup buttermilk
1 can sweetened condensed milk or sugar
4-6 hotdogs
1/2 - 1 cup medium cheddar cheese
1 serving of love 💕

Let’s talk about bone broth. There isn’t a lot of research on bone broth, but many people love it. If you have gut problems, arthritis, or an autoimmune disease, you might want to test it out to see how it works for you.

Bone broth is typically made from:
• Bone
• Joints
• Connective tissue
• Marrow 
• Ligaments 
• Tendons 

The above are cooked down and made into broth. Cooking these things breaks them down into smaller amino acids, minerals, and fat-soluble vitamins. It also contains glutamine, which can help improve the gut barrier. 

Autoimmune diseases typically stem from a gut problem that leads to your immune system attacking itself. Arthritis is an autoimmune disease, so anything you can do to help heal your gut may be good for arthritis. 

There are a few different causes of arthritis, so it’s important to target the root cause. Bone broth may not help for every type and cause of arthritis. 

An interesting theory is that when you consume bone broth, the antibodies that are attacking your joints will be distracted and go after the decoy tissue in the broth. 

You basically cause the autoimmune attack to occur in the stomach on this decoy tissue away from the inflamed joint. This gives the joint time to heal. 

It’s believed that over time this could potentially deplete the store of antibodies in a person's system and improve autoimmune conditions. 

What to try for gut issues:
• Consume fermented foods or take probiotics 
• Consume a diet higher in animal fat and animal protein
• Cook or steam your vegetables 
• Avoid grains or grain oils
• Avoid dairy 
• Consume eggs, organ meats, and bone marrow 

I don’t recommend bone broth during intermittent fasting. But, if you’re doing a prolonged fast, it might be helpful.

Sleep is a huge underemphasized factor when it comes to testosterone levels. 

Other causes of low testosterone: 
• Age 
• Obesity 
• Soy products 
• Plastic consumption 
• High insulin levels 
• Liver damage 
• Adrenal stress 
• High cortisol 
• A deficiency in DHEA 
• A low-fat diet
• Statins 
• An iron deficiency 
• Hypogonadism (aging or zinc deficiency) 
• Alcohol consumption 

Research demonstrates that the less sleep you have, the less testosterone you’re going to have.  This happens because the way your body controls and manages testosterone is through circadian waves.

This suggests that there is a correlation between your sleep, especially REM sleep, and the generation of testosterone. REM sleep is the second half of sleep. You generate more testosterone the more REM sleep you have. 

If you only get six hours of sleep or less, that could be why you have low testosterone. One study shows that eight or more hours of sleep support healthy testosterone levels. 

A lack of sleep also increases cortisol. Cortisol will directly decrease testosterone and increase insulin, which will lower testosterone. 

Overall, a lack of sleep can destroy testosterone from many different angles. 

Four ways to improve your sleep and boost testosterone:
1. Get more exercise or do physical work 
2. Go on a low-carb diet 
3. Support your gut microbiome with probiotics 
4. Get plenty of vitamin B1, potassium, magnesium, and vitamin D 

My own Sleep Aid product can also be very beneficial to help promote better sleep. Take two before bed. If you wake up in the middle of the night, take one more to help you get back to sleep and stay asleep.

Today, I'm going to show you how to make an incredible natural remedy for colds and sickness.

This natural antimicrobial remedy uses powerful chemicals from plants that have antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal, and antiparasitic properties to help support the immune system and fight against pathogens.

Of course, this antibiotic/antimicrobial home remedy has fewer side effects than a conventional antibiotic. Your immune system is your greatest weapon against infections. All we want to do is use natural compounds to enhance the immune system's defenses.

Along with my home remedy, it's crucial to address things that lower your immune system, like stress. Also, keep in mind that vitamin D is essential to boost immunity and increase your immune system's ability to fight against sickness.

Here's how to make the best natural antibiotic drink!

Ingredients:
• 15 garlic cloves
• 1 whole lemon
• 1 Tbsp turmeric powder
• 1/4 cup grated ginger
• 1/4 cup manuka honey
• 1 oz olive oil (or 1 tsp coconut oil)
• 3 oz apple cider vinegar
• 1 cup water

Directions:
Add the ingredients to a blender and blend for 1 to 2 minutes. Transfer the mixture to a 16 oz mason jar and pour in additional water until the mixture is about a 1/2 inch from the top of the jar. Seal the jar and keep it in the refrigerator. The longer this formula is in the refrigerator, the more potent it will become.

In this video, I’m going to share some of my best tips and tricks for Healthy Keto and intermittent fasting.

Tip #1 - Have MCT oil in your coffee every morning to reduce hunger and cravings. Start with one tablespoon.

Tip #2 - Blend one whole lemon in water. This provides a boost of vitamin C and phytonutrients. Add stevia or electrolyte powder to enhance the flavor and nutrients.

Tip #3 - Have one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water in the afternoon. This helps improve insulin sensitivity and energy.

Tip #4 - Have a large salad before each meal to help you achieve 7 to 10 cups of vegetables a day.

Tip #5 - Add non-fortified nutritional yeast flakes to your salad and other foods to replenish your B vitamins, reduce stress, and enhance flavor.

Tip #6 - Replenish electrolytes and B vitamins to prevent keto flu symptoms.

Tip #7 - Have 3 to 6 oz of protein per meal. You can have up to 8 oz if you exercise and have a great metabolism.

Tip #8 - Add additional fat to the end of your meal to increase your fasting window and reduce cravings.

Tip #9 - Increase the quality of your foods. Always choose organic, grass-fed, pasture-raised, and wild-caught products—they contain more nutrients. Avoid processed foods.

Tip #10 - Use herbal tea to help you fast longer.

Tip #11 - Don’t snack—especially after dinner and during your fasting window. Never keep snack foods in your home.

Tip #12 - Get quality sleep. Poor sleep increases cortisol, hunger, and cravings. Exercise and sun exposure during the day will increase melatonin at night. Vitamin B1 and 10,000 IU of vitamin D will also help improve your sleep.

Tip #13 - Replenish your electrolytes after exercise with sea salt, vegetables, and electrolyte powder.

Tip #14 - Check all products for hidden ingredients, like unhealthy artificial sweeteners, sugar, maltodextrin, and carbs.

Tip #15 - If your appetite is gone, you know it’s working.

Tip #16 - Something is better than nothing. Do dirty keto and work your way up to Healthy Keto if you need.
